The owner of the second floor of this classy duplex of Hochelaga (Montreal) approached us with the mandate “to revamp the place”. To maximize the space and be on a contrast with the original architecture, we decided to reorganized the kitchen and the bathroom around a modern black multifunctional cube, giving them an agreeable living space boasting a multifunctional kitchen island.
