The project involved a collaborative reflection with a contractor to design a compact, prefabricated habitat in nature. The goal was to create an optimized living space that blends remote work, well-being, contemplation, and outdoor activities. The concept focused on developing a cluster of multiple units sharing common service points and infrastructure, fostering social dynamism while respecting individual privacy. This strategic grouping preserved the majority of the studied site for nature, ensuring harmony between the built environment and its natural surroundings.
Key strengths of the concept:
1) Sustainability and land preservation:
Maximizing natural space by concentrating infrastructure and minimizing environmental impact.
